Residing In:    San Jose, CA USA

Spouse/Partner:    Charissa (sounds like karisma,, only different)

Occupation:    contract killer, oh just kidding

Children:    Karen, she's 28 now and has a darling, smart, lovable little girl named Kristen. But, I'm too young to be a grampa ;0)

Birthday:    August 9, 1951

Comments:    i've worked in the laptop manufacturing at Grid systems(7 years), then Atari, then Spectra Logic, then Adaptec(tech support customer service manager 6 yrs), then Ivus, and Micromenders, and Roxio, then the dot com world blew up (BANG)
so i went to work at a bicycle shop, managed that for four years, started MY OWN bike shop, lost lots of money and said it's cheaper if I don't work, yeah
And now for something completely different...back in 1959 I went to Rogers lumber with my Dad and while there bought some plans to build a boat. In 1992 I built that boat, got hooked, got more plans built two more boats, then rebuilt a hobie cat found in the salvage yard and learned to sail.
Swam once with a baracuda, until I saw him, then i ran across the water like a sea chicken. If you don't know what a sea chicken looks like, see picture below.
My wife Charissa, works for Apple, at the mother ship in Cupertino, Ca. She says, those people are from another planet.

School Story:    one of my favorite stories is when Debra Batiste kicked Jimmy Smith in the butt, and I watched him tip toe for three feet, anybody else see that? It was in front of the HS, right as the lunch bell rang.

or what about the time a bunch of us piled into Dudley's Chevy and went looking for the ghost.

Military Service:    US Navy

Seven years ago, and far far away...

YUP ! And we have those Californians who come here, ride their bikes where there is NO oxygen, pass out, and fall off mountains.

Thanks for the kind words and I love your dog. I tried to expose my kids to various animals as they were growing up. We had some of those but didn't know what they were, now I do.
You are welcome to visit anytime, in the spring most of my calves are born, I never get tired of seeing spring and watching the new babies . My grandaughter Tatum, discovered the pet cow shown in my pictures, in the pasture next to mine. Rather the cow found her. I simply opened the gate and she moved in. That's called cow hustling, not rustling. Tatum talked the neighbor into selling her.
I wanted to keep her around the house but my wife through a fit. I told her the cow, (Sweet-Pea) could mow, weed eat and fertilize all in one pass. You know who won that argument, Sweet-Pea stays out in the pasture.
I saw your pictures showing your travels. My wife, Bobbie travels, I don't. She goes and brings back pictures and stories. That's how I travel. She has a picture of the one you posted from Croatia. The difference is, it was her standing in front of that what ever it was. I was at first, somewhat concered until I saw you were there in 05.,,, joking
She thinks we are all, a bunch of nuts. She's right again.
I wish I had ten employees like that Kathy, I would lay five of them off because I wouldn't need them.

What the deal with the guys at the car dealership?

You guys rode your bikes for FORTY SIX miles?
I can't even drive my car that far without getting winded.
As far as the scanner-eating dog you're holding, are you sure that's a dog? Looks more like a kangaroo to me. Were you in Australia?
No matter what kind of animal it is, Jim Ellis called. He wants his scanner back.

Larry. Thanks for the kind words about being your employee, but I tend to cause machines and vehicles to break down. You would want to keep your fire trucks a safe distance from me.

David Larry,
I enjoyed your profile and pictures! You have really been to some cool places and it sounds like you live in a wonderful place.
Mark and I have been to Greece twice and we too love Santorini and Mykonos! But we like Athens as well.
I am amazed that you have built boats, are they sailboats like the one in the picture?
What a great lifestyle you all have!!!!
Look forward to meeting your wife!
MJ

David,
Looks like your past forty years have been so exciting. It seems like the only time that I've been out of Hugo was when I attended college at OSU. In fact, I rarely leave Oklahoma. Look forward to seeing you! Sherre

I would sure like to be there to visit with everyone, but will not be able to come. I've gotten to know several more of our classmates, that's been great. And reading about all of your lives has been exciting.

Nice purse, too. Matches your outfit perfectly.
